Oil & Water Tuesday 27th June - Friday 21st July

Proving that oil and water do mix, Oil & Water is an eclectic exhibition of watercolours, oils and charcoal drawings by two local artists, Roger Cambray and Clive Ball. The subjects covered include seascapes, landscapes, still life and life drawings. Roger & Clive will be hosting an open evening on Tuesday 27th June 7.30 - 9.30 pm.

Working in a range of media allows both artists to explore a wide spectrum of techniques and styles. Roger will be showing a variety of works ranging from still life and landscapes in oils, to vigorous life drawings in charcoal. Clive’s work ranges from delicate and luminous watercolours to the drama of the ala prima technique, which produces landscapes of considerable impact.

Between them Roger and Clive have met with considerable local success, with exhibitions in the local area and a growing presence in local galleries.
