| 22nd January to 1st March 2007 LESLEY ORMROD ARPS Lesley Ormrod is a National Trust photographer and lectures on flower and garden photography at Standen, a National Trust Arts and Crafts property in East Grinstead. Recently Lesley began concentrating on her interest in dance, trying to capture the spirit of the dance – that elusive moment in time that conveys the emotion within the movement. She uses Polaroid film to make image transfers and emulsion lifts on watercolour paper or silk, creating individual works of art which enhance the mood or movement of the dance. These methods are also used to print her photographs of flowers and figures. Her work has been published in photography magazines and accepted for exhibition by the London Salon and other National Photography Exhibitions.
