Ravensbourne College Exhibition

The competition to design a new cover for the Bromley Art's Council's Diary of Events began in the new year with a keen response from tutors and students at the local Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication.

Students were given a briefing of the requirements and entries were later submitted to the panel of judges at Ripley Arts Centre in April 2003.

There were many innovative and stylish designs to choose from and a unanimous decision was finally made to select Mark Palmer's collection of three designs for each of our four monthly publications during the year: the first of which can be found in local libraries throughout the borough of Bromley.

As our overall winner Mark will be presented with the Ripley Cup and a monetary prize. There will also be cash prizes for the runner up and an award of merit.

All these design entries will be on display at Ripley Arts Centre.
