BAC has one daily/evening rate charge for all rooms except Music/Dining room where rates differ according to day of the week. You are asked to read the conditions of hire that can be found on the notes for hirers part of this site. Please note that the following charges are subject to alteration without notice, please confirm details with the Administrator before booking.

A fee of £12.50 or £26.00 will be made to cover Performing Rights Society costs for events to which the public are invited and in which copyright material is played or performed.

Notes:
The Dining Room and Music Room may be booked for a rehearsal on the morning/afternoon of a concert, if available, (or at another mutually convenient time), at a specially reduced fee of one half the morning/afternoon fee per 3-hour session. If the piano is required an extra one half fee per 3-hour session will be payable.

Crockery is available within the cost of kitchen hire, but see Notes for Hirers for conditions of usage.

CANCELLATION:
When bookings are cancelled within 30 days of the hiring date, the hirer will be liable for the full charge. If more than 30 days’ notice is given, an administration charge of 20% of the hiring fee may be levied.
