The following rates apply mainly to arts or educational activities and conferences: for wedding and reception rates please refer to our Weddings section: for other receptions please telephone the office on 020 8464 5816.
Peak 6pm-10.30pm Off Peak 9am-6pm
BAC has one daily/evening rate charge for all rooms except Music/Dining room where rates differ according to day of the week. You are asked to read the conditions of hire that can be found on the notes for hirers part of this site. Please note that the following charges are subject to alteration without notice, please confirm details with the Administrator before booking.

The Diary of Events is produced 3 times a year and the current distruibution is approx 6,500

Notes:
The Dining Room and Music Room may be booked for a rehearsal on the morning/afternoon of a concert, if available, (or at another mutually convenient time), at a specially reduced fee of one half the morning/afternoon fee per 3-hour session. If the piano is required an extra one half fee per 3-hour session will be payable.
CANCELLATION: When bookings are cancelled within 30 days of the hiring date, the hirer will be liable for the full charge. If more than 30 days’ notice is given, an administration charge of 20% of the hiring fee may be levied. See terms and conditions.
