Cliff Orsi returns to Ripley with an exhibition of new Abstract paintings. Continuing his exploration of colour and form this new show is, as is always the case with his work, a celebration of Art for Art’s sake.
Essentially he presents an alternative to modern art’s insistence upon aggression, shock tactics and socio-political significance.
With his work he invites viewers to seek their own meanings rather than telling them how and what to interpret. As such, he presents nothing confrontational; he merely aims to show that Perceiving is Seeing.
