Estelle Grandidier: Drawings and sculptures

Drawings and sculptures explore the relationship between 2D and 3D works. In this exhibition we will be able to see how the artist translate Sculpture into drawings. There will be also new works inspired by the British Museum collection.
Estelle Grandidier is a figurative artist inspired by her emotional journey and artists like Modigliani and Giacometti. She mostly works with clay as she feels it is a material linked to our human nature. Fragile like us it is the perfect medium to convey fragility and imperfection.
She also uses her sculptures are subject matters for her original mixed media drawings.
Estelle Graduated from Camberwell. She has won awards and had her work selected for English and French competitions. She exhibits regularly in the UK and abroad.
