The SE20 Group is a collection of artists living or working in Penge and the surrounding area. This show will highlight the individual approaches to painting and photography that each member brings to the group. The work covers a wide range of subjects and techniques, brought to life by the passion and personality of the artists.
The SE20 Group was founded in 2006 with a vision to create an informal space for local visual artists to meet and show their work together. Apart from a common desire to show their work publicly, the associated artists support each other in their art practice.
Highly creative, individual and with a strong community spirit, the SE20 Group hold exhibitions in and around Penge and are continually looking for opportunities to further establish a creative community in this area.
With a wide range of artists, working in different mediums and with many varied styles and genres represented, this vibrant and diverse group bring a collection of their work to the Ripley Arts Centre.
