Away from her homeland Kazakhstan, Uriya’s artistic endeavour is to raise global awareness of the once powerful nomadic culture. Most have been exposed to more prominent cultures of Japanese, Chinese or other Asian origin. The exhibition Nomadism is a glimpse into the exotic beauty of Central Asia.
