This exhibition subject is between Abstract and Neo-Surrealism, symbolizing the human mind or personality. Our happiness is the blue sky, but we identify ourselves with the clouds, with the trouble, with the storms, with anything that can block our clear view.

Bhavana Desai, a member of Chislehurst Artists and the Petts Wood Art Group, started painting in 2012 in preparation for retirement. Bhavana taught herself to paint watercolours from books and videos of contemporary watercolourists. Portals and Panorama is her first solo exhibition.
