The new Cinema in the centre of Orpington is built on the site of an old Job Centre.It was over a year behind schedule when opened and was much anticipated by local residents. These pictures/paintings document its progress.

Away from her homeland Kazakhstan, Uriya’s artistic endeavour is to raise global awareness of the once powerful nomadic culture. Most have been exposed to more prominent cultures of Japanese, Chinese or other Asian origin. The exhibition Nomadism is a glimpse into the exotic beauty of Central Asia.
